Sarah Pinsker

1977–

American science fiction and fantasy writer and singer-songwriter (of the band Stalking Horses), born in 1977. Her novels include A Song for a New Day (2019), winner of the Nebula Award for Best Novel, and We Are Satellites (2021); her short fiction has twice won the Nebula Award for Best Novelette, for "Our Lady of the Open Road" (2016) and "Two Truths and a Lie" (2021), the latter also winning the Hugo Award. "The Millay Illusion" (2025) was a finalist for the Hugo, Locus and Shirley Jackson Awards.
